Daniel Balderas, known as Carnenchiladas is a Mexican bear living in America. Daniel is 33 years old, a bulking, muscular bear and now he became a notable figure in the bear community. He gained significant attention for his impressive physique, combining size and strength, which resonated with fans of the bear aesthetic.
He started lifting seriously after turning 20, during his university years. This is when he met his future husband, Dylan, who blogged under the name Noodles and Beef.
Daniel Balderas, known on social media as Carnenchiladas, emerged in 2013. Today, Daniel has left his previous job as a restaurant manager and works full-time as a fitness coach emphasized strength training and body positivity, inspiring others in the bear and fitness communities. His #buildabull hashtag gained traction as a motivational tag for those pursuing similar fitness journeys.
He was at his most muscular and bearish between 2015–2017, weighing around 135–140 kg at a height of 170 cm.
Recently, he has started cutting down, but he still fully deserves the bear title.
